I started WRNet:Sec in a venture as a startup of something new, the idea came across due to lot of vulnerabilities with social engineering aspect of the streamers around the world, IE: Twitch, Youtube, Mixer, etc…
I was approached a few times to assist with damage control after they have been a victim of being exploited and in a term “SWATTED” where the SWAT team shows up because of a prank call. The attacker would anonymously keep harassing the victim until the victim learns to calm down and ignore them. (9/10 times if you ignore the victim they will go find another to target)
I’ve witnessed and assisted in a takedown a bunch of Anonymous Youtube Streamers as their main focus for the streams was to purposely encourage and attack various twitch streamers. They would flood the victims with hate speech, dox them to prank call and / or swat them live on youtube. Only reason why twitch was a huge target is because alot of times a streamer will have some type of information listed or is around an area where their location can be found.
This is something I do alot of, especially if I see something for anyone, I watch I do call it out.
